Posters from the College of William and Mary in the Scrubs episode “My Fishbowl” (6.12). It’s established in the series that J.D. and Turk met when they were roommates at W&M, the real-life alma mater of series creator Bill Lawrence.

Yeah, but people sleeping together can’t be canon TWAMP…

Heh. Actually, in the context of the episode, these images are from two different flashbacks. J.D. remembers his college girlfriend cheating on him with Turk, but Turk insists that they just took their clothes off after a water balloon fight in the dorm. Both flashbacks are pretty unbelievable in their details, but I would say Turk’s is far more TWAMPish (and thus infinitely more likely to have actually happened).
